The Annexe
is part of the original building, which has been converted into
a spacious ground floor, one-bedroom flat with private patio area
at the rear. Wooden floors run throughout, apart from the kitchen,
which has terracotta tiles. It has central heating and a wood burning stove (photo needs changing).

The
sitting room and dining area are open-plan. The sitting
room is furnished with two, two seater sofas, a television/video,
a dining table and chairs. It is a very light area with
two large, wide silled windows. |

|
Two
steps lead down to the kitchen which overlooks the
patio area and rear garden. Utilities include a gas hob
and extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer
and integrated washer/dryer. A breakfast bar and two high
chairs provides an alternative eating area. Access to the
patio is via a side gate. |

A
large bedroom is furnished with a 5ft bed and a single
pull-out mattress, a wardrobe, two small bedside chest
of drawers and a comfortable armchair.
The
bathroom is fitted with a Victorian style bathtub, with
telephone style shower head and taps. |

Offseason short stays and self-catering B&B are welcome. You cook / prepare your own breakfast, just let us know your choice of cereals, bread, eggs, bacon, sausage etc. We will cater for your choice providing the freshest local produce possible. |
